Terms of Service

By using Nova Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nova Studio is an AI-powered video production platform operated by BlueNova Automation LLC. We provide tools to generate images, video clips, voiceover, and music from text prompts and story inputs.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Nova Studio.

Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when generations complete successfully. Failed generations are not charged. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds for unused credits except where required by law. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

You may not use Nova Studio to generate content that:

• depicts minors in sexual situations;
• constitutes harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse;
• infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
• violates any applicable law; or
• attempts to circumvent safety systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

You retain ownership of the story inputs and prompts you submit. You own the output content generated using your credits, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, fal.ai, ElevenLabs). BlueNova Automation LLC claims no ownership over your generated content.

Nova Studio uses third-party AI providers. Your use of generation features is also subject to the terms of those providers. We are not responsible for provider outages, quality variations, or content policy decisions made by providers.

Nova Studio is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific output quality from AI generation.

BlueNova Automation LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States.
