Nova Studio is operated by BlueNova Automation LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
• Usage data: stories created, scenes generated, credits spent, generation logs
• Payment information: processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, session tokens

• To provide and operate the service
• To process payments and manage your credit balance
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, purchase receipts)
• To detect and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your story prompts and scene descriptions are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, fal.ai, ElevenLabs) to generate content. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not send personally identifying information to providers beyond what is required for generation.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL database and file storage) hosted on AWS in the United States. Generated assets are stored in private buckets and accessible only through authenticated signed URLs.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing contact@bluenovaautomation.com. We will complete deletion within 30 days.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at contact@bluenovaautomation.com to exercise these rights.

Nova Studio is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email.
