Character-first video production

Turn one story into a finished video series — with characters that stay consistent in every scene.

Nova Studio breaks your story into ordered scenes, remembers every character's look, and injects that character memory into each scene prompt automatically. Stills and clips are versioned per scene, so you always know what's done, what needs a revision and what's ready to export.

The workflow

From story to a series that stays on-model

Five connected steps that all share the same characters, scene order and version history.

Story to scenes
Paste or write a story and structure it into an ordered scene list, so the series keeps one narrative spine from scene 1 to the finale.
Character library
Define each character once — description, visual traits and reference images — and reuse that identity across every scene of the project.
Prompt continuity
Nova Studio injects the project's character memory into every scene prompt automatically, so you never re-describe a character by hand.
Image & clip versions
Every uploaded still and clip is versioned per scene, so continuity fixes stay traceable instead of overwriting earlier work.
Optional review gates
Turn on internal or client review when a series needs sign-off; leave it off and scenes advance automatically toward export.
How generation works today
Nova Studio builds each scene's final prompt for you to copy into Higgsfield, Google Flow or Kling, then you upload the still or clip back onto the scene. Paid image and video generation is not connected yet.
